How much does it cost?
You have the choice of packages including:
- $200 setup and $25/mo for Website w/ CMS + Gallery
- $300 setup and $35/mo for ShopCart Website -
up to 20 Products
- $400 setup and $45/mo for ShopCart Website -
up to 100 Products
- $500 setup and $65/mo for ShopCart Website -
unlimited Products
- $560 setup and $60/mo for Small Business Mini Campaign
- $??? setup and $??/mo for (other package as arranged
with sales)
What do I get with that?

How long does it take?
Allow approx. 1 week. With the Registration process done,
including the domain registered and pointed to our servers,
and all we need to move forward in hand, estimated time
to have the website up and running is up to approx. 1
week.
The registration process itself takes only about 10-20
minutes, give or take registering a Domain name and gathering
misc. Content such as logo and images.
What is a "Semi-Custom"
(or Template) Website anyway?
Choose a design and we customize it. Hence "semi-custom.
In this way, you get all the benefits of low cost, AND
customization.
Template simply means one uniform design thru which content
from various pages are displayed. This approach also allow
YOU to make edits to page content and not have to know
HTML coding---the content is run thru a database (the
Content Mgr), then displayed thru the designed Template.
Updating Content - I can make
changes to my own pages?
Yes. The Content Manager System (CMS) Control Panel allows
you to change the TITLE, BODY TEXT, and main IMAGE on
each page. Further, the Gallery Control Panel allow you
to make changes to IMAGES in your Gallery. Same with ShopCart
allowing you to make changes to PRODUCTS in your Store.
Other Changes - Can I make changes
to other areas such as menu or banner, etc.?
Although the Content Manager System (CMS) Control Panel
allows you to change the TITLE, BODY TEXT, and main IMAGE
on each page, etc., the designed-in elements such as logo,
menu, banner, footer, etc., would need to be modified
by a designer, and subject to hourly fees.
What about getting listed on
Search Engines?
All our websites are constructed "Search Engine
Friendly" and Optimized with current Search rules
and technical tips to aid in higher listings to the extent
that can be offered in a "Template" approach.
You will give us a list of Keywords, that will be placed
in the META TAGS of your pages, which helps.
However you place your own text in your pages, which
if rich in Keywords, would further aid in higher listings
on the Search Engines. Please know that Internet Marketing
is an involved subject, and though we offer Consultation
on Search Engine Optimization, we do not offer Internet
Marketing with these Template website services.
Can I move my website elsewhere
later?
Both the Template and the Content Mgr programming are
proprietary, and cannot be moved from our servers. However,
for the upgraded fee for Custom Design work, we can at
least offer the website without its programming.
Reliability - Does the Server
ever go down, or E-mail become unavailable?
Almost never. In the years we have been in business,
we have experienced less than 15 minutes total combined
downtime, excluding of course various issues not related
to global servers, such as domain name expiration, wrong
e-mail configuration in the client's program, etc.
Can I send you a check? What
about the monthly Hosting payments?
For the monthly Hosting we only accept Pre-Authorized
credit card debit, or via PayPal's Recurring Payments
Subscription.
However, you may send a check for the initial setup fee
and first month's hosting fee, and when received we will
commence the project. You may even pay the Hosting a year
in advance by check, and receive a discount off the total.
